CBD and Jet Lag – two things you should know about them!

Jet Lag is an annoying phenomenon that can happen when we travel to new places. It happens when our bodies are not used to the time change and end up feeling tired after traveling. This fatigue makes it difficult to function normally, leading us to have problems during our stay in the new place – like difficulty sleeping or concentrating. There’s nothing you can do about Jet Lag 100% of the time, but by taking some precautions before leaving home, we can at least minimize its effects.

Jet Lag is the feeling of being out of sync with your body’s natural sleep/wake cycle.

Jet Lag is a common syndrome that people experience when they travel across time zones. This causes various symptoms, including fatigue and trouble sleeping.

The circadian rhythm is a biological process that helps living beings adapt to the day/night cycles of Earth.

When you travel across time zones, your body’s natural clocks become out of sync. This can cause problems with your circadian rhythm–a daily cycle that is based on overall sleep patterns and eating habits.

What are the symptoms of jet lag?

Since this is a real disruption of the body’s natural rhythm, it can cause all sorts of symptoms. The doctors who studied it determined that they come from disruptions in the regular flow of energy throughout your body.

  • People often experience Sleep disturbances, such as severe fatigue during the day and annoying insomnia at night
  • Irritability, anxiety, and occasionally, an unstable mood
  • It can be difficult to focus and remember things
  • Gastrointestinal discomfort can include constipation, indigestion, and diarrhea
  • Headache, muscle aches and cramps can be common annoyances

According to recent scientific studies, taking CBD oil before traveling can help you adjust to your new time zone and relieve some of the associated inconveniences. This completely natural product, has aided some travelers.

CBD (Cannabidiol) is one of the most talked-about compounds in the world of scientific research. The reason? CBD oil has a lot of great benefits for your body – including treating REM sleep disorders, enhancing alertness, and fighting fatigue during the day.

It’s been known to have a calming effect on the central nervous system, which can help relieve anxiety and stabilize mood.

Jet lag can increase your cortisol levels, the stress hormone, which will cause anxiety and impair your memory and focus. CBD is a powerful antioxidant that can help offset this discomfort.
CBD can also have positive effects on the gut, such as reducing nausea and inflammation. Additionally, it can be used to treat pain symptoms like headaches which often happens to sufferers of jet lag.

What’s the best way to take CBD oil? There are a lot of different methods, so it really depends on what you’re looking for.

The most common way to take CBD is sublingually. You put a few drops under your tongue and wait for the effects.

We suggest starting with a lower dose until we establish our own personal dosage.

Many European and North American countries allow the use of CBD oil, a natural product that is legal in most places. Make sure to check your local laws before traveling if you plan on using this supplement regularly.

By Minimizing and controlling the effects of jet lag, we can have a lot more fun during our holidays or even long business trips.
